The Collaborative Practice D14 team is holding a toiletry drive for Stella Maris, a nonprofit organization that provides chemical dependency and mental health treatment in northeast Ohio.
Drop off “Toiletries for Recoveries” donations throughout the month of February at the Office of Interprofessional and Interdisciplinary Education and Research inSamson Pavilion, Suite 160.
Needed items include deodorant, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, tampons, sanitary pads and dental care products. All donations must be new, in unopened packages and need to be alcohol-free.
Stella Maris anticipates taking care of up to 5,000 patients this coming year.
