The Office of Interprofessional and Interdisciplinary Education and Research and East Mount Zion Baptist Church (EMZ) will host a health fair this summer to provide essential health resources to over 100 households in the Fairfax and surrounding neighborhoods. The fair will be held July 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
EMZ is seeking students, faculty, and staff to help organize the fair, facilitate health screenings, or share key health resource information as vendors to children, adults and seniors in our neighborhood. Additionally, EMZ is seeking to offer dental cleanings or examination to families as a resource to enhance the overall health of families in the community.
