Recruiting volunteers for the 2022-2023 Interprofessional Dialogues planning committee

The Office of Interprofessional and Interdisciplinary Education and Research is restarting the Interprofessional Dialogues series in the new academic year, and is recruiting faculty, staff and students to serve on the planning committee.

Interprofessional Dialogues is a recurring seminar series to foster a community of interprofessionalism at Case Western Reserve University. Each session in the series includes a brief, 15- to 20-minute “TED Talk”-style presentation by an expert or expert panel on a topic that is relevant to individuals across professions. After the presentation, participants discuss among themselves about the topic.

The primary responsibility for the committee members will be to work together in monthly, one-hour meetings to identify interesting and compelling topics for the Health Education Campus and broader university. Ideally, there will be representation on the committee from faculty, staff and students from multiple programs and schools.
