Maltz Center Ticketing System Disruptions

last updated 3/17/2023

Earlier this month, our ticket service software experienced some serious disruptions, which led to a complete system outage for roughly 48 hours. You can read more about the details of those events and actions we took further down on this page.

We are now happy to report that the Maltz Center has a brand new, upgraded system, that has been in place for the past couple of weeks and has been working great. We are confident that this new system is going to provide you with a much easier, smoother ticket purchasing experience all around.

You can read all about the new ticketing experience, and how to access your new tickets on this page.

One important note: if you purchased your tickets to any upcoming event before March 1st, you will have new tickets. As such, your original tickets will be invalid. Your brand new, valid tickets are waiting for you in your account. We've provided step by step instructions for you to access your new tickets here

In the event that you have any problems accessing your new tickets, no need to worry--our box office staff is more than happy to help you get access and/or send your new tickets directly to you. Please send any questions or concerns to mpacinfo@case.edu along with your name, phone number, email address you used to purchase your original tickets (if you know that), and any details about the number of tickets or event info, and someone from our office will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience as we worked through the ticketing disruptions and transition to the new system. We deeply value your ongoing relationship with the Maltz Center, and look forward to providing you with an even higher level of service in the future.

We're looking forward to having you back here at the Maltz Center!

As you may be aware, our ticket service software has experienced serious disruptions over the past several days.  While this was unavoidable, we have been working tirelessly to rectify the problems and to make sure that you, our patrons, see the smallest impact possible.

In response to these ongoing disruptions, we have rolled out a new and much improved ticketing experience for you.

While we strive for your experience to be as seamless as possible, if you purchased your ticket before March 1, 2023, there are some important things for you to know regarding accessing your tickets.

We are here to help you through this transition.  However, we are also receiving a lot of phone calls at this time.  The best way to reach us with any questions or concerns is to email us at mpacinfo@case.edu and we will respond quickly to help you with any needs that you may have.

For the next several days, some events may still experience disruption.  Please visit the event's page here on our website and click "get tickets" - if the new ticketing experience is available for that event, you will be able to purchase tickets.

If the event is not available and still in transition, it will still be temporarily unavailable.  Please check back again shortly. All shows should be fully transitioned by Sat. 3/4.

This week our ticketing software provider has experienced significant disruption and outages, causing tickets to be unavailable for purchase to most events.

We have been unable to process ticket sales or take any orders and we thank you for patience in this period of volatility.

The vendor is aware of the issue, and they are working on getting things back up and running, but in the meantime, you will begin to see some changes with our ticketing services.

We are taking this disruption as an opportunity and, over the course of the next several days, will be rolling rolling out an entirely new ticketing and customer service experience for you.

For the next several days, some events may still experience disruption.  Please just visit the event's page here on our website and click "get tickets" - if the new ticketing experience is available for that event, you will be able to purchase tickets.

If the event is not available and still in transition, it will still be temporarily unavailable.  Please check back again shortly. All shows should be fully transitioned by Sat. 3/4.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at mpacinfo@case.edu.

thank you for your understanding.
