Heather manages the schedules of the Senior Director of Finance as well as the Senior Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Academic & Faculty Affairs.
Prior to arriving at CWRU, she spent 11 years at the Cleveland Clinic in a variety of positions including Fellowship Coordinator in Infectious Disease, Administrative Assistant II, as well as Administrative Assistant II in the Head and Neck Institute.
Heather holds a bachelor's degree in business from Cleveland State University, where she is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her children play sports and enjoys crafting.
