Senior Week

Senior Week is a time when graduating seniors get together for a week of fun and camaraderie. Events are organized by the Senior Week Committee, which is led by the Senior Class Officers and made up of students from the graduating class.

Senior Week 2025 will take place from Thursday, May 8th through Friday, May 16th. Make sure you're ready to register when the events go live in April!

Registration Timeline

  1. Anytime: Register for free events
  2. April 14-16: Reservations for limited events (Groups A-C)
  3. April 21-30: Payment period for reserved limited events
  4. May 2: Registration opens for any remaining open spots for all events, including unpaid reservations
  5. May 8-16: Enjoy Senior Week with your class!

Registration Details

This year, Senior Week participants will be split into three groups to register for limited events. Each group will have a different start time, then 22 hours after that to reserve up to 3 events:

Payments will not be collected at this time. Instead, you will be able to pay for the events you reserved starting April 21. Your spots will remain reserved until April 30, after which unpaid spots will be opened up to all Senior Week participants.

Which group am I in?

Check the upcoming Senior Week events list to find your group and reservation date. If you don’t see it, make sure you’re logged in to community.case.edu with CWRU SSO, then try again.

If you still don’t see your group/reservation event at the top of the list, contact campusgroups@case.edu for assistance ASAP, ideally before 5pm on Monday April 7.

Note that you can only participate in one Senior Week, so if you participated last year, you are not eligible for this year and will not be placed in a group.

What are the limited events?

Use this list to plan which events to reserve when the time comes! Remember, the reservation event will only let you register for 3. Attempting to register for more will waste time and possibly lose your spots. Be sure to have alternates planned in case your top choices are already “sold out”.

  • Friday May 9th: Overnight at Put-In-Bay ($30/$35): Often called the “Key West of the North,” join us for an overnight trip to Put In Bay! The $35 price includes transportation and lodging.
  • Saturday, May 10th, 6 PM: Guardians Game! ($10): Take me out to the ballllll game! Watch the Cleveland Guardians face the Phillies along with the senior class in our own private area! All tickets come with food and drinks.
  • Monday, May 12th, 9 AM: Cedar Point ($10/$15): Come with your friends to enjoy a day at Cedar Point with the graduating class! The $10 ticket will include parking per vehicle, and the $15 ticket will include transportation to and from Cedar Point.
  • Tuesday, May 13th: Lady Caroline Cruise ($20): Come sail away with the Senior Class for a sunset tour of Cleveland. The price includes admission and a buffet.

How do I pay for my reserved events?

Starting Monday, April 21, participants who reserved events April 14-16 should check the Senior Week limited events list and pay separately for each of their reserved events. Please note:

  • You must be logged into community.case.edu with CWRU SSO in order to see your reserved events.
  • You can save your credit card information with the first event to save time on later ones.
  • You must finish paying for your events by the end of Wednesday, April 30 or your reserved spots may go to someone else!

Pay for reserved Senior Week events

If you experience any problems paying for your events, forward your reservation event confirmation email to campusgroups@case.edu for help as soon as possible so we can get it resolved prior to the payment deadline. Include any other details, error messages, etc. that could help with troubleshooting.

I changed my mind and don’t want to attend an event I reserved. What do I do?

If you haven’t paid for the event yet, don’t purchase a ticket to the event you don’t want.

If you have already paid for the event, you can cancel your ticket to the paid event on CampusGroups. Refunds are available if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event start date.

What if I didn’t get the event I wanted, or missed reservations completely?

Check the full upcoming events list event regularly starting Friday, May 2, when all events will be opened up to all Senior Week participants.

Even if an event is sold out, spaces may become available intermittently up until the day of the event.

And of course, don’t miss the free Senior Sunset (Senior Week Kickoff), Movie + Craft Night, and Convocation events!
