To celebrate CWRU Food Week, the Office for Sustainability is holding a Green Bag Lunch to discuss the food waste subject of composting. Office for Sustainability's Erin Kollar will offer information on how the campus composts food waste from CWRU kitchens while  Cuyahoga Solid Waste District's Kathleen Rocco will tell you how you can compost at home. CWRU University Farm's Ana Lucci will discuss how the compost from the CWRU main campus is created on the farm.

Those attending should bring questions to ask panelists about their own composting at home and their own lunch to eat during the talk. The Office for Sustainability will provide desserts and coffee.
