Shift Your Ride: Sustainable Transportation Fair to be held April 18

‌Celebrate Earth Week by learning more about green transportation at CWRU Office for Sustainability's Shift Your Ride: Sustainable Transportation Fair. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 18 on the first floor of the Tinkham Veale University Center from 11:00am-2:00pm. Participants will learn how to commute via bike, public transit, walking, car share, and car pool around Greater Cleveland These modes of transportation improve both personal health and the health of the planet.

The fair will feature short talks from Cleveland transportation experts such as the City of Cleveland Office of Sustainability's Matt Gray, Bike Cleveland's Jacob VanSickle, University Circle Inc.'s Annie Pease, Green City Blue Lake's Marc Lefkowitz, and more. Several other experts and non-profits will be on hand as well.

Speakers will present from noon to about 1:30 in the Senior Classroom, behind the information desk on the first floor of the Tink. When not presenting, these organizations and others will hold informational tables in the atrium across from the Senior Classroom.
