Earn College Credit at CWRU While in High School

Ohio students in grades 7–12 can earn college credit at Case Western Reserve University through College Credit Plus, the state's dual enrollment program.

As a College Credit Plus student at CWRU, you'll take college courses alongside undergraduate students and earn both high school and college credit. Whether you want to explore a subject in greater depth or challenge yourself with new academic opportunities, College Credit Plus allows you to begin your college experience before graduating from high school.

How to Apply

On the online application, you'll be asked to share a bit about yourself and select up to five courses of interest to take at CWRU. 

Upon completion of the online application, you'll be asked to share the following documents with the Office of Undergraduate Admission:

  • Unofficial high school and college transcripts
  • Guidance counselor form
  • Mature content permission slip, signed by a parent or guardian
