Stay Alert

In an emergency, communication is critical. Our free smartphone app, Spartan Safe, helps you report any serious situation quickly, and lets first responders locate you with more accuracy. Plus, the app allows you to set a "safety check" so you can let friends and family know where you're headed and when—giving them peace of mind when you make it there safely.

Prepare Yourself

Our public safety team members offer a variety of trainings to ensure our students' safety, including self-defense, ALICE active-shooter response protocol and emergency response. Plus, they track and monitor any security concerns on campus and make that information available to you.
