Group Visits
Preparing to Request a Group Visit
Although we will make every effort to accommodate requests, group visits are subject to availability of staff and the academic calendar. All requests are pending until confirmed by a member of our staff. Based on the information provided in the Group Visit request, the Office of Undergraduate Admission will determine our ability to accommodate your group at the date and time selected. We cannot guarantee requests will be approved, but in our reply we will offer additional options.
Before submitting your request, groups should consider group size, travel plans, alternative visit dates if the date you selected is unavailable, and anything relevant to your group that would be important for the Office of Undergraduate Admission to know.
For groups of 10 or more, advance reservations are required. To request a group visit, please complete and submit the form below at least two weeks before your preferred date. If your group is less than 10 visitors, please have each group member sign-up individually for one of our campus tours that we offer during the week and select weekends.
Please note that all requests remain pending until you receive confirmation by email from a member of our staff.
