Under no circumstances may credit card payments representing private contributions or gifts to Case Western Reserve University be processed by an individual department. All such items must be send to Advancement Services in order to ensure that the donor receives the appropriate acknowledgement and tax documentation. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the revocation of your department's credit card processing capability.
