Required Annual Title IX and Non-Discrimination (CAMPUS Act) Training

Training for students, faculty, staff and postdocs

Case Western Reserve prohibits discrimination and harassment in education and employment, including sex discrimination and sex-based harassment, and discrimination based on national or ethnic origin, religion, race and other protected classes. In addition, the university supports those experiencing these situations and provides multiple pathways to request support or share information about an incident. 

To ensure that everyone at the university has this critical information, all returning students, employees, and postdoctoral scholars and fellows are required to annually complete an approximately 25-minute online Title IX and Anti-Discrimination (CAMPUS Act) training module, while new students must attend a live training that covers these important topics.

  1. NEW students (undergraduate, graduate and professional; full-time, part-time and non-degree seeking)* new to CWRU as of the 2026-2027 academic year can sign up for a Zoom training or check to see if they completed the training here. 
  2. Returning students (undergraduate, graduate and professional; full-time, part-time and non-degree seeking)* can take the 2026-2027 asynchronous student training course, sign up for a Zoom training or check to see if they completed the training here. *Individuals whose primary roles are students but who also hold a campus job should complete the student module.
  3. Student athletes can take the 2026-2027 asynchronous student athlete training course here.
  4. Faculty, staff and postdoctoral scholars and fellows can take the 2026-2027 asynchronous employee training course, sign up for a Zoom training or check to see if they completed the training here.
