Resources Available at CWRU

We want to ensure that CWRU community members feel supported. Therefore, we have outlined several confidential and non-confidential resources to support individuals going through our process. These resources are available for complainants, respondents and Witnesses who seek support. We've also outlined some tips to help faculty and staff members who may be alerted to potential sexual misconduct or gender discrimination situations.

Confidential Support

Confidential resources are not required to report allegations of sexual misconduct to the Office of Equity unless required by law such as the duty to report an imminent threat to self or others. Confidential resources provide advice, support, and guidance about how to manage the situation without initiating university action. Any conversation with a confidential resource is not considered a report to the university or a request that any action be taken by the university in response to any allegation.
