Tim was appointed the Associate Vice President for Strategy and Operations in June 2024, and serves under the Vice President for Campus Planning and Facilities Management as the division’s strategic and operational leader.
Additional Information
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Tim earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Dayton. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Elon University. Tim is a registered professional engineer in the state of North Carolina.
Prior to Case Western Reserve University, Tim served as the Assistant Director of Planning, Design and Construction Management and the Director of Building Trades and Utilities at Elon University, in Elon, NC.
Before working in higher education, Tim served in the United States Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps, the Navy’s facilities experts. His assignments included construction and facilities management on Navy and Marine Corps installations in addition to leadership roles within Naval Construction Battalions, better known as the Seabees.
Tim currently provides direct leadership to the departments of Planning & Design, Construction and Business & Finance while providing strategic leadership to the rest of the Campus Planning and Facilities Management organization.
