Scope of Project: This project renovated about half of the 4th floor of 11000 Cedar Ave for the Veterans Administration 3D printing medical operation. The other half of the 4th floor will be held as shell space for use by future tenants. The project included a redesigned floor plan, finishes consistent with the Human Fusions Institute, and new MEPT systems to support the space. The total project area is 20,456 gross square feet.
