Scope of Project: The total project area was 3,000 gross square feet. Instructors will teach up to 48 students in residential cooking techniques on domestic-type equipment. This includes range top cooking, baking in the oven, nutritional food preparation and other cooking techniques, in the manner of a residential kitchen.
