Scope of Project: The project upgrades restroom and shower facilities to include contemporary finishes and fixtures while providing residents with increased privacy. Residential floor community space will be renovated to include additional amenities like “Zoom Rooms” for virtual meetings, improved and more accessible kitchens, and reimaged study areas. The community area on the first floor is envisioned as a building-wide hub to include state-of-the-art study spaces, updated kitchens, and multipurpose common spaces for collaboration and living.
