Scope of Project: The project upgraded restroom and shower facilities to include contemporary finishes and fixtures while providing residents with increased privacy. Residential floor community spaces were renovated to include additional amenities like “Zoom Rooms” for virtual meetings, improved and more accessible kitchens, and study areas. The community area on the first floor is a building-wide hub which includes state-of-the-art study spaces, updated kitchens, and multipurpose common spaces for collaboration and living.
