Scope of Project: As part of phase 2, the cast iron window bays along portions of the north and east elevations will be replaced with fiberglass replicas. The phase 2 work will allow for the removal of all remaining scaffolding around the building. A follow-on 3rd phase is planned to replace all remaining cast iron window bays. The scope of the 2nd phase includes ten window bays on the north elevation and two bays on the east elevation.
