The Cleveland Classical Guitar Society annual Showcase is a celebration of the Cleveland community and music! Our 2026 concert will begin with local classical guitar phenoms Lucas (Yuhao) Chen and Nathaniel Hill.
Our headlining act will be the duo of Cleveland guitarist Sam Hooper and England-born keyboardist Moss Stanley. Hooper is acclaimed for his captivating blend of blues, rock, jazz, and funk, with his soulful vocals compared to Otis Redding and his guitar playing likened to Jimi Hendrix and Carlos Santana. Moss Stanley was born and raised outside of London. After moving to the U.S., Stanley formed one of Cleveland’s top society bands in the early 1980’s, Nitebridge, which he still leads.
