Dr. Anjay Khandelwal is the Director of the Comprehensive Burn Care Center at MetroHealth, a Verified Adult and Pediatric Burn Center. In addition, he serves as the Co-Director of the Institute of Burn Ethics, the only institute in the Unites States dedicated to ethical issues in burn and complex wound care. In addition to Burn Education and Research, Dr. Khandelwal is actively involved with International Outreach with on-going projects in India, including having Co-founded India’s first recreational burn camp for children. He has presented at a variety of national and international burn and ethics conferences. In addition to burns, Dr. Khandelwal maintains an active interest in complex wound management, surgical critical care and trauma.
