Dr. Jeunnette is the Director of the MA in Bioethics and Medical Humanities program and the Assistant Director of Education for Bioethics and Medical Humanities in the Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University. She is a Clinical Ethicist at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
Dr. Jeunnette has been part of the Department of Bioethics since 2016, when she initially served as the primary clinical ethicist at the Center for Biomedical Ethics at MetroHealth. She joined the education team in 2018, and has continued to expand the MA program and the study abroad courses for the department. In 2023, she was made the Director of the MA in Bioethics and Medical Humanities program. Dr. Jeunnette is the course coordinator for Foundations in Bioethics and Medical Humanities I and II and Clinical Ethics: Theory and Practice courses. She also directs the Ethics in Health Care Delivery course in the Physician Assistant program at Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Jeunnette has expertise in clinical ethics, adolescent ethics, and ethics education. She has published articles on clinical ethics consultation and student clinical ethics rotations experiences in a county jail. She previously worked creating online learning content management software and ethics education content to create and develop customized curricula for hospital ethics committees and interprofessional ethics simulations for medical, dental, and pharmacy schools.
