Marie Norris serves as the coordinator of the Graduate Program, where she has dedicated 24 years to advancing student success and fostering inclusive campus communities. Marie earned her Master of Nonprofit Management from Mandell School of Applied Science with the goal of joining Change Agents, a transformational leadership initiative. 

In addition to being a Graduate Programs Coordinator, a Sustained Dialogue board member and facilitator, and a Diversity 360 facilitator, her commitment to campus engagement extends across multiple programs, from Red Cross CPR certification training to facilitating Understanding Religious Differences workshops. 

Marie's philosophy centers on the importance of giving, understanding, and receiving from others—especially the students who leave their mark on her heart, department, and the world. Through her multifaceted approach to student development and community building, she continues to create meaningful connections that transform both individual lives and institutional culture.
