One to One Fitness offers free, covered parking just next door at Veale Parking Garage on the Case Western Reserve University campus. Turn into the driveway for the multi-level parking lot just south of our front door. Be sure to bring your ticket to be validated at our front desk. You can park for free for three hours on the validated ticket.

One to One Fitness members and guests may use the free babysitting provided (ages 3 months to 14 years).

  • Do you have a preferred therapist?
  • If you do not have a therapist in mind, specify whether you prefer a male or female therapist.
  • Specify length of massage.
  • Give preferred day and/or time for the appointment (please allow 24 hours).
  • Provide your contact information.

A One to One Fitness massage therapist will contact you to schedule your appointment. Note: clients are required to provide a credit card number to reserve an appointment.

You will meet your massage therapist in the lobby of One to One Fitness to fill out paperwork and pay for the service prior to your appointment. One to One’s massage therapy room is on the second floor. You can undress/change in the massage room. If you wish to get a locker, you may request one at the front desk. The locker room is located near the lobby on the first floor. 

Non-members receive full use of One to one Fitness Center for the appointment day. Please feel free to come in early to use the fitness center. Simply pay for massage upon arrival.

You should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment.

We will never compromise your modesty. You will change in the massage room before your session. You will be asked to cover yourself with the sheet before the therapist enters the room. What you wear under the sheet is up to you.

Tipping is accepted. Please tip your therapist directly, or you may leave the tip at the front desk, and it will be given to the therapist. The tip is paid separately from the massage fee (cash or check only, please).

Because your massage therapist is coming in specifically for your appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of a 12-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% charge for the service. 

All no-show appointments will be charged a full value. 

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations must be received via PHONE. No email cancellations will be accepted. Phone calls must be received during business hours (Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m.-6 p.m.).

Prior to your appointment, you will complete a brief health questionnaire. To assure your safety and comfort, please disclose any health conditions that may affect your massage. Your therapist should verbally review your health questionnaire with you.

Full use of the fitness and locker rooms (including showers, amenities and dry sauna) is complimentary for non-members scheduled for a massage. Appropriate workout clothing and shoes (no open-toe shoes allowed) are required.


Reformer classes use additional equipment, which is expensive and specialized. Classes are small and intimate (five-person max). Reformer instructors require expensive training to become certified and to keep up with the evolving discipline. One to One Fitness offers members a reduced fee, comparable to the lowest rates in Northeast Ohio. Our best-deal package costs only $9 a class.

Pilates training involves a great deal of concentration. Each time the door opens after the class has begun, it distracts participants who arrived on time. Noise that leaks through that opening door is also an issue. Our training studio is an intimate space. Once participants are working on their Reformers, latecomer distractions interfere with others’ workouts.

All classes are paid for in advance, at the front desk. Participants can purchase one class at a time or a package card for 5, 10 or 20 classes. Purchased class cards are held at the front desk to allow participants flexibility of calling to sign up for a class. You can sign up for classes as far as four weeks in advance. If a class is full, you may join the waiting list and will be called if there is an opening.

One to One Fitness has a 24-hour cancellation policy so all participants will have access to the classes. Call at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class to be excused from that class without penalty. Classes can only be cancelled by leaving a message for Sarah Ziance at 216.368.1123. No cancellations can be made through the front desk. There are no refunds on Pilates Reformer packages.

Sunless Tanning

Our technicians are professionals, and your comfort is our priority. You can request a male or female technician when you make your appointment. Wear a bathing suit, undergarments or nothing at all: it’s up to you. One to One Fitness also provides disposable undergarments.

Your natural, glowing color should last 7-10 days.

To extend the life of your tan, it is suggested you shower, exfoliate and shave prior to the application. Do not wear lotion or makeup to the session.

The 100% natural product washes out of clothes, including bathing suits. You will be asked to wait 5-10 minutes to dry before getting dressed. We suggest wearing darker, loose clothing after the tan.

To maximize the coloring process, we suggest waiting 6-8 hours before washing. The first wash should be with soap and water, avoiding scrubbing with a washcloth or sponge.


We ask that you please refrain from any cellphone use on the gym floor and in group exercise classes (this includes phone conversations, texting, social media, etc). You may use your phone in the designated lounge area on the second floor or in the lobby. 

One to One Fitness is known for being a top tier clean facility! To assist us in keeping the facility fresh and clean, we provide cleaning solution and towels to wipe down the equipment you use! Please spray the towel rather than the equipment and wipe thoroughly after you are finished.
