We have built on our 32-year reputation of being THE cleanest facility to ensure the safest return and experience for all our members and staff. There is nothing more important than the health of our fitness family!

The safety of our members and staff has always been our priority. As a department of Case Western Reserve University, we worked closely with the university's emergency management team, medical experts, and an infectious disease consultant from the Cleveland Clinic to ensure the safest return for all.

Please note, One to One operations are resuming in phases. Many of the changes are intended to be temporary and will be updated and adjusted as needed and able. 

One to One opened with an "opt-in" method for the month of June. Only those interested in returning in June were activated.

All memberships will be reactivated effective July 1. If you are not yet ready to return in July, email us to take a leave of absence.

CWRU graduate students pay by the semester through SIS. All graduate students who were enrolled for the spring semester membership were cancelled effective March 16 and 50% of your semester payment was credited back to your SIS account by Student Financial Services.

You are welcome to get started with us again for summer! Simply rejoin at the same rate of $32+tax/month online, or at the front desk (we encourage online sign ups to limit time and traffic in our lobby). Dues are prorated for the current month to the day you join.

Effective September, your membership will switch back to being paid through SIS for the fall semester.

CWRU students who are new to campus this summer and fall (will be enrolled in fall classes) are welcome to start working out immediately!  Your first summer is included with your fall membership enrollment. Simply bring your student ID to the front desk to get started.

Please note, you must stay enrolled for the fall semester if you use the facility in the summer.

New members are welcome! You can join online, or at the front desk (we encourage online sign ups to limit time and traffic in our lobby).  Guests are not permitted during our first phase of reopening.

This is a great time to join. We are offering "worry-free" memberships with $0 initiation fee and no contracts or term limits.

Masks or facial coverings are required in all areas of the facility except:

  • When actively engaged in strenuous activity on cardiovascular equipment or in the free weight room. Strenuous activity is defined as that which requires near maximal effort.
  • In the showers. Masks are required when entering or exiting the shower area.

Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns regarding your personal health and monitor your health and safety closely while exercising.

Because the majority of our membership base is not on campus, we are nowhere near our COVID-adjusted capacity limit (140 people). We are seeing 15% of our normal traffic from this time of year. The majority of time, we have less than 10 members in the facility at any given time. With 28,000 sq. ft. and 30 ft. ceilings, patrons feel as if they have the entire gym to themselves!

Our "busiest" times have been:

  • Weekdays between 4-6 p.m. (still less than 30 people checking in per hour)
  • Weekends between 8-9 a.m. (still less than 20 people checking in per hour)

We can't say enough how thankful we are for all those coming in. Everyone is being so great with disinfecting machines and wearing facial coverings.

Lockers are available on a very limited basis. We ask that everyone be considerate to those who are returnign to work and need locker space. When possible, please do not come to the facility with items that need to be stored in a locker.

Showers are open effective Monday, July 27. Members are required to bring their own bath towel. Shampoo/soap is provided, but no other amenities are available at this time (hair dryers, razors, shaving cream, hairspray, deodorant, etc.).  We ask that members only shower if needed to return to work. 

Saunas are not permitted to be open per the state of Ohio.

Pricing:

  • One to One & Next Level members receive unlimited classes at no additional charge! 
  • All others are welcome to take classes and can purchase a daily pass, 10-pack of passes or a monthly unlimited virtual membership.

Our class schedule and registration is done through MINDBODY using our Next Level Fitness Studio location. More details can be found on the group exercise page.

Yes! We are offering personal training both in person and virtually.

In person, our staff is always wearing a mask/facial cover and will maintain social distancing when possible. We have a private personal training studio available for training clients as well if you prefer.  This room is right off the front lobby, closed off from the rest of the facility, equipped with racks, balls, kettlebells, ropes, heavy bags, and more, and is sanitized between users.  Trainers can also host your session outside.

If you are not ready to return, you can connect with our amazingly creative trainers from wherever you are for a 30-min or 60-min personal training session. They will use Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or a method of mutual choice to connect with you. Workouts will use body weight exercises, household items and/or home exercise equipment you have.

Yes! The Recovery Zone is open and following the state of Ohio restaurant guidelines for safety.

We encourage placing your order using Grubhub for no wait and touchless processing. Looking for curbside pickup? Order using Grubhub and call 216-368-1121 when you are outside. We'll bring your order out to you!
