To help slow the transmission and spread of COVID-19, One to One Fitness Center facilities temporarily suspended operations on March 16. We appreciate that this is yet another disruption to the routines of many during a period of high stress and anxiety. While we can’t meet in our facilities during this time, we are still here for you and committed to you!

Here are some frequently asked questions. If your questions isn't answered below, email us!

Our reopen date is unknown. We will continue to assess the federal, state, local and campus guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff, members and community.

We will adjust membership dues for the period that you are unable to use the facility in effort to slow the transmission and spread of COVID-19.

  • Month to Month Automatic Deductions have been halted. You will not be billed April 1. Once we reopen, we will credit a future billing for the March 16-31 time period.
  • CWRU Payroll Deduction has been halted. You will not see a deduction on March 31. Once we reopen, we will credit a future billing for the March 16-31 time period.
  • UH Payroll Deduction has been halted. You will not see future deductions until we reopen. Once we reopen, we will credit a future billing for the March 16-31 time period.
  • Prepayment members will be credited for the period we have been closed. This credit will be added to your current prepayment schedule.
  • Spartan Shape Up memberships will be extended according to how long we will be closed. If you are not going to be on campus after May please email us.
  • Corporate members will be credited for the period we have been closed. This credit will be applied to your next renewal.
  • CWRU Graduate Students who did not opt out of the spring semester through SIS will be credited half of the spring semester payment ($78.50) for the period of March 16-May 31. We hope that those of you remaining in the area will continue with us when we reopen. You will be able to join for the remainder of the semester and/or summer directly through One to One Fitness. 
  • Insurance Based Members including Tivity, Silver Sneakers, Prime, Renew Active, AARP, Silver & Fit, and Active & Fit participants do not require any adjustments.

Connect with our amazingly creative trainers from wherever you are for a 30-min or 60-min personal training session. Not only are we offering our in-house training rates, but you also will receive a FREE gift card for participating!

They will use Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or a method of mutual choice to connect with you. Workouts will use body weight exercises, household items and/or home exercise equipment you have.

If you have a current package, you can continue using that package with your trainer. To schedule a session, contact us!

If you would like to purchase a session or package, members can purchase them using our MYiCLUB online member portal.  If you need help registering for MYiCLUB, click here.

Non-members can contact us to make your purchase over the phone. 

Receive a FREE gift card for participating in virtual personal training:

  • 1 session = $5 gift card

  •  5 pack =   $10 gift card

  • 10 pack = $15 gift card

  • 20 pack = $30 gift card

  • 35 pack = $50 gift card
  • 52 pack = $75 gift card

Gift cards will be given to anyone taking advantage of our virtual training program using 4 or more sessions while the facility is closed. This includes those with current packages or purchasing new packages.

Gift cards will be presented to you at the facility when we reopen. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and non-transferable.
