We have built on our 33-year reputation of being THE cleanest facility to ensure the safest return and experience for all our members and staff. There is nothing more important than the health of our fitness family!

If you have any additional questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or call 216-368-1121. We encourage you to visit us to see our safety measures in person!

The safety of our members and staff has always been our priority. As a department of Case Western Reserve University, we have worked closely with the university's emergency management team, medical experts, and an infectious disease consultant from the Cleveland Clinic to ensure the safest return for all.

If you prefer, private room rentals are also available. Learn more.

Because the majority of our membership base is not on campus, we are nowhere near our regular, pre-pandemic traffic. With 28,000 sq. ft. and 30 ft. ceilings, there is PLENTY of space for all to socially distance.

Our "busiest" times have been:

  • Weekdays between 5-7 p.m.

Our members are amazing with everyone disinfecting machines and wearing facial coverings.

Concerned about being near others? Reserve one of our private rooms! Learn more!

Yes!  Lockers are equipped with keypad locks; you will no longer get a key from the desk. Wipes are provided in each locker room for you to wipe down your locker and keypad before and after use.

Showers are open and towels are available.

Saunas will reopen Monday, June 21.

Yes!  Our group exercise classes are offered in person, online and via recording. You can learn more on our group exercise page.

Yes! We have in-person, outdoor, private studio, and virtual personal training.

We have a private personal training studio available for training clients as well if you prefer. This room is right off the front lobby, closed off from the rest of the facility, equipped with racks, balls, kettlebells, ropes, heavy bags, and more, and is sanitized between users. Trainers can also host your session outside.

If you are not ready to return, you can connect with our amazingly creative trainers from wherever you are for a 30-min or 60-min personal training session. They will use Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or a method of mutual choice to connect with you. Workouts will use body weight exercises, household items and/or home exercise equipment you have.

If you would like to purchase a session or package, current members can purchase them using our MYiCLUB online member portal.  If you need help registering for MYiCLUB, click here.

Non-members can contact us to make your purchase over the phone.
