Class Descriptions

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise followed by intervals a short, sometimes active, recovery period. All levels are welcome and modifications will be shown, but please note that this is a high intensity class. Experience with a muscle conditioning or lower intensity class is recommended.

Kettlebell exercises are dynamic and work on fitness; endurance, strength, power, agility and cardio. It is a challenging class, but all levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided.

This class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance for the entire body. This class is open to all levels. Modifications will be provided.

Pilates mat focuses on muscle tone, flexibility, balance, posture, body alignment and mind-body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or towel. This class is for all levels and modifications will be shown.

Power Flow is a more vigorous style of yoga with flowing patterns of motion and energy. It is recommended that you have experience with a vinyasa flow class, but all levels are welcome.

This mind-body-spirit healing art can improve one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, deep rhythmic breathing and focus. Qigong is a more free-form practice that is less rigid and more adaptable than Tai Chi and is open to all levels.

Improve your balance, stimulate circulation and reduce stress with a series of continuous, circular, slow, relaxed and smooth flowing movements designed to maintain the body’s integrity. This meditation in motion is more structured than Qigong and is open to all levels.

Consciously linking the movement of the body to the movement of the breath, these classes are a dynamic, flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm.  

This beginner level, full body workout combines traditional yoga flow with resistance training, core work and cardio.

Zumba® combines Latin and international music with slow and fast dance moves designed tone and sculpt the body. Its so fun you forget you are working out! All levels are welcome and you can dance like no one is watching!
