Reform your current workout routine!
Reformer machines utilize different weighted springs to change the resistance for exercises that push, pull and hold the carriage steady. Exercises are dynamic and performed in a wide variety of positions, including lying down, sitting, standing, perched on foot bar or shoulder blocks, etc.
Mastering Pilates is a journey that takes time and consistent training to achieve its rewards. Beginners to professional athletes, and everyone in between, will be challenged regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
Pilates Reformer classes can increase strength, flexibility and balance, stabilize lower back muscles, improve posture, the mind-body connection through movement and sports performance, boost brain power, and more.

- Beginner: A slower paced class designed for those who are still learning to integrate several skills at the same time, such as breath work, range of motion, core power development, and stabilizing the appropriate joints. For those who need more points of contact during transitions and/or are still learning the fundamentals of exercise names, choreography, equipment set up, and personal modifications. Also for those with experience who would like to take more time with transitions.
- Intermediate: For those who are more advanced than the beginner and not quite ready for advanced.
- Preparation for Advanced Reformer: This class is designed to ensure you are comfortable with intermediate Reformer exercises and you have a good understanding of the Pilates principles before transitioning to advanced Pilates Reformer classes. We will discuss and break down the more difficult exercises to help you build your core strength in order for you to move towards full advanced performance.
- Advanced: For those who can easily flow through transitions and incorporate rhythm and dynamic movements at a faster pace. Clients have an increasing range of motion and can navigate with fewer points of contact. Clients have a working knowledge of exercise names, choreography, equipment set up, personal modifications, and flow through the workout with minimal interruption
- All Levels: Open to everyone. The instructor will accommodate all fitness levels.
- Private & Partner (Duet/Semi-Private) Sessions: Those new to Pilates Reformer should take a private or partner (duet/semi-private) session before attending class. These are great ways to learn the basics, receive individualized attention, focus on specific areas or goals, or refine your practice.
We strongly recommend taking a private lesson before starting classes so that you and the others in class have the best experience possible.
Those taking intermediate and above classes should either take a beginners class or a private class before scheduling more advanced classes.
