In-Person and Virtual Appointments Available
Initial Consultation: In your one hour initial consultation appointment, Katie will assess your current health and nutrition status by discussing your health, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, and usual food patterns and preferences. Together, you will create an action plan based upon your unique health and nutrition goals to set you up for nutrition and wellness success!

Meet Katie Nabors, RD, LD
Katie has been a part of the One to One Fitness team since 2015 as a yoga instructor and took on the role of Registered Dietitian in 2022. She received her MS in Nutrition from CWRU, completed her clinical training in dietetics at the University of North Carolina and holds licensure with the State Medical Board of Ohio.
Katie believes that nutrition has the power to fuel not only physical performance, but intellectual performance as well. She supports and promotes science-based nutrition for optimal health, fitness and well-being.
Katie continues to teach yoga at One to One Fitness while also serving as a part-time lecturer at CWRU in the Department of Nutrition and the Department of Dance. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, being outdoors, reading and hanging out with her favorite people and their pets!
