Whether you’re just getting on your feet, getting ready for a race, or you want to improve your times or need motivation, club leader and One to One Fitness trainer Jason Chuhay helps you achieve your running goals!
Group runs take off from One to One Fitness at 8:30 a.m. every Saturday. There’s always a place for your pace, experience level and distance.
This group is open to the public free of charge. One to One Fitness membership is not required.
