Through our network of strengths-based consultants, we are working directly with institutions and the people they serve to bridge divisions, engage communities, and elevate impact.
We believe that the relationship between research and practice is interdependent. Our research focuses on both theory and practice in the field of community building.
We elevate the field with strengths-based approaches to social and community change by building capacity to lead this work through our hands-on field internship program and through action-oriented training for consultants, changemakers, institutional leaders, and community residents.
