Student Emergency Fund
Available to assist CWRU students who encounter an unforeseen financial emergency or event which would otherwise prevent them from continuing their education at CWRU. Can assist with rent, utilities, and other essential household expenses.
Office of University Housing - Off Campus Housing Coordinator
Aids students by providing off-campus housing support before, during, and after touring apartments and signing a lease. Contact the Off-Campus Housing Coordinator at 216.368.1099.

If you are in need of case management support to find shelter quickly, submit a CARE Report to be connected to your Dean of Students.

Coordinated Intake
If you need shelter tonight, call 216.674.6700 and press #1 when prompted. Your call can take around 20-45 minutes to gather the required information. Hours of operation are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday. If you require shelter after 8:00pm or on weekends, call 211. Coordinated intake can provide exploration of alternatives to shelter or shelter diversion, referral for emergency shelter, or referral for emergency services.
