If you need immediate assistance, please contact United Way 2-1-1 of Greater Cleveland. The United Way 2-1-1 Help Center provides free and confidential 24-hour access to a compassionate professional who will review your options for help, develop a plan and act as your advocate if you are faced with barriers to service. The Dean of Students Office serves in an advocacy role for all Case Western Reserve University students who may be struggling in all matters related to life. The Dean of Students Office offers Case Management services, which work to address student challenges and/or concerning behavior that may be impacting student success and well-being. This is done daily through direct engagement with students, as well as consultation and care coordination with campus and community partners.

Homelessness Resources
Coordinated Intake
If someone is experiencing a homelessness crisis, call Coordinated Intake at 216.674.6700. Coordinated intake is available by phone 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and can be accessed by calling 211 First Call for Help after hours and on weekends. If you do not have access to a phone, there is a call box on the front of the Coordinated Intake on Superior to call 2-1-1.
