The Thwing Student Center has been the heart of Student Life at Case Western Reserve University since 1980.
Combining, two historic buildings on Euclid Avenue with a modern atrium and additional space the university and its students have gathered, celebrated, grown, and enjoyed themselves at thousands of events and meetings each and every year for generations.
An extremely versatile space, the Thwing Student Center boasts, fifteen (15) unique reservable spaces and well as plenty of additional casual space to host any event our community may dream up.

Spaces of Thwing Student Center
A beautiful event space that has served as a community gathering place for over 100 years, the Excelsior Ballroom is the crown jewel of Student Centers spaces. Able to seat 300 for banquet seating, this space has been home to every type of event you can image. See why the Ballroom is perfect for your next large event!
