Ana works with the web design team at UMC to help bring university websites from concept to completion. She provides experience in project management, user experience design and testing, as well as teaching and training. In addition to working with university partners on their current website projects, she also helps provide support to the university's content management system users in the form of training and help desk support.
She previously worked as a journalist at the Cleveland Plain Dealer/cleveland.com and as an adjunct faculty member at Cuyahoga Community College.
