Diana Steele blends her science background with a rare talent for telling stories about complex research topics and sharing them with a broader audience. As a media relations specialist, she writes about research in the sciences and at the Case School of Engineering. From de-mystifying the cosmos to elucidating cutting-edge technology, Diana brings research stories to life.
Beyond the campus, Diana has a passion for travel, having visited all 50 states and six continents. As a professional birding guide, she is an expert on Ohio’s migratory birds and especially enjoys introducing international and out-of-state visitors to our native avian fauna. When she’s not identifying confusing fall warblers, you might find her playing her fiddle.
