Jennifer Reynolds

Assistant Vice President for Web and Enrollment Marketing

Jen (she/her) leads the university's digital strategy, web ecosystem and graduate enrollment marketing efforts with a focus on creating seamless, engaging experiences that support institutional priorities and connect meaningfully with prospective students and the broader university community. She oversees the strategy, design and performance of the university's websites, ensuring they are accessible, user-centered and aligned with the university's goals.

Within University Marketing and Communications (UMC), Jen leads teams across user experience, accessibility, SEO, web development and graduate and professional enrollment marketing. She partners with colleagues across the university to develop data-informed digital and marketing strategies that strengthen the university's brand, support student recruitment and continuously improve how audiences engage with Case Western Reserve online.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Technical Writing from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University. Before joining the UMC team, she worked at several higher education institutions with a focus on communications and marketing. In her free time, Jen enjoys a good book, traveling with friends and spending time with her husband and children.
