Jen (she/her) sets the overarching strategy for the university’s web presence to ensure its structure and design conveys the institution’s excellence in research, education, engagement, and innovation. In addition to leading the creation and maintenance of engaging and user-friendly websites, she serves as the primary leader for the planning and implementation of university-wide web content management systems, overseeing all aspects of design, development, user research, information architecture, web governance and stakeholder engagement. Before joining the Case Western Reserve University team, Jen worked in various higher education institutions focusing on web development, project management and user experience design. In her free time, Jen enjoys reading a good book, traveling with friends and spending time with her husband and children.
