Lindsey (she/her) works closely with internal communications managers and clients to help them meet their email marketing objectives. She enjoys the technology and tools that Salesforce Marketing Cloud offers and am always eager to A/B test a new feature or deep dive into a newsletter’s KPIs to see how we can improve our connections with audiences.
Prior to working at CWRU, Lindsey was a homemaker, caring for her young children, and previously working for a promotional products company in eMarketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Spanish from the University of Akron.
When she's not immersed in the world of communications, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends…hiking, kayaking, cheering her kids on at hockey and lacrosse games, and helping others through volunteering.
