Michelle first joined UMC in 2018. Today, she manages four teams—university-level communications, school- and unit-level communications, publications, and social media—responsible for the strategy behind and execution of Case Western Reserve’s content strategy. She and her teams work hand in hand with many others across UMC, including the web development team on website launches, migrations and site assessments to ensure digital accessibility, brand compliance and search engine optimization.
She holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The College of Wooster. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her partner, Cal, making ceramics and spending quality time with her two gray cats, Boo Boo and Georgie.
