Michelle first joined UMC in 2018. Today, she manages the team responsible for the strategy behind and execution of Case Western Reserve’s primary online presence. This includes storytelling via The Daily newsletter, top-level websites and CWRU’s official social media accounts. She and her staff work hand in hand with the web development team on website launches, migrations and site assessments to ensure digital accessibility, brand compliance and search engine optimization.
Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The College of Wooster. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her partner, Cal, making ceramics and spending quality time with her two gray cats, Boo Boo and Georgie.
