Bill was appointed the university's director of media relations and communications in September 2012. Prior to Case Western Reserve, he spent nearly 30 years as a newspaper journalist, the last two decades with The Plain Dealer in Cleveland as an editor, columnist and reporter covering various topics, from business and features to sports.
