Alireza Fallahtafti, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Operations at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, where he has been on the faculty since 2022. With a strong focus on integrating academic knowledge with practical insights, Dr. Fallahtafti actively contributes to the academic community through advising, research, publications, and participation in academic conferences. He has taught in academia since 2021 and brings over a decade of business experience—including work in sectors such as banking and telecommunications—to his role. His dedication to teaching has been recognized through multiple honors, including nominations for the Weatherhead Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award in 2022–2023 and 2024–2025, and receiving the award in 2024–2025.
