Real Partnerships, Real Results

Our corporate partnerships drive tangible outcomes. Here’s how some of our valued partners have worked with Weatherhead to achieve success in talent, innovation, and community engagement.

Partnering on Talent Development with a Global Manufacturer

Custom Programs

Weatherhead is a trusted talent partner in high potential leadership development. We created a leadership development experience, a two week residency program with strategic projects and executive coaching, as the gold standard for the company’s leaders.

Open Enrollment Programs

Program access to more than 70 different program opportunities each year for employees.

Internships

Early exposure to Weatherhead graduates through experiential internships.

Leadership Transition Coaching

Designed and delivered highly customized coaching experience for senior leaders transitioning to higher level leadership roles within the company.

Fueling Innovation with a Manufacturing Company

Custom Credential Program

When the CIO needed to establish the highest standard of problem solving with data, Weatherhead created a custom program focusing on understanding how to deliver data-driven decision-making. Powered by Weatherhead Executive Education, the program prepares participants for what it means to inspire insight-driven decision making in everyday tasks and responsibilities and ensure business decisions are of the highest quality and supported with data. Employees take a deep dive into the various disciplines, capabilities, and technical know-how involved in building an intelligence driven organization.

Sponsorship

Challenges graduate student teams to strategically identify a specific customer problem the company will be uniquely positioned to solve via student research and suggested approaches. Top solutions receive cash prizes after student design session, hackathon and presentations.
