Michael Regelski is the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, for the Electrical Sector of Eaton, a power management company. In this role, he is responsible working with the sector engineering and business leaders to develop and implement the electrical sector technology strategy. He is also responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for all engineering, program management and technology enhancement initiatives within the sector. Michael Regelski joined Eaton in August 2015.
Prior to joining Eaton, he was Vice President, Systems Controls Engineering for UTC Building & Industrial Systems where he was responsible for growing advanced model based engineering methods and developing core electronic, controls and software technology platforms across Building & Industrial Systems business units.
He was one of the founding members and Vice President, Engineering for Lenel Systems which was acquired by United Technologies in 2005. Upon joining UTC, he held various positions including Vice President Engineering for Global Security Products and Vice President, Engineering & Product Management for Automation & Control Solutions.
