Pooja Khatija is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Her current research focuses on Asian American leaders and holistic & inclusive leadership. She also studies implicit biases related to gender, geography, and social class in selection, recruitment, and career advancement processes. As an instructor at Weatherhead, Pooja has taught the graduate course on Applied Multivariate Data Analysis (MGMT573, 2021) and the undergraduate course on Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion (ORBH391, 2020, 2021,2022). She was the recipient of the Graduate Dean’s Instructional Excellence Award for 2022. Pooja has worked with graduate students in Management and Engineering as a career and placement coach, for ten years. She is a certified Weatherhead executive coach. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology.
