Why are some organizations able to achieve turnarounds and dramatic performance improvements after times of crisis while others are not? What factors account for resilience in organizations? Vasu Ramanujam’s research looks at business through the lens of the turnaround, studying strategic planning, diversification, corporate performance, strategic alliances and technological change. The goal? To define the factors that drive the resilience, survival, and longevity of companies.
