According to the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report (2023), female talent in finance remains one of the most untapped business resources. Encouraging more women to obtain a graduate degree in Finance is one part of the equation in elevating women to senior level positions at top public financial institutions.
Three Weatherhead professors in the Master of Finance program recently came together to serve as role models in order to attract other women into the field by being featured in digital advertising. Lakshmi Bala, Ralitsa Petkova, and Li Wang developed a video ad showcasing their research as well as highlighting career paths and how the school prepares future leaders in the profession.
