This event aims to bring together startups, corporations, and scholars to explore the transformative impact of AI on the workplace, organizational structures, and the broader economic landscape. As AI continues to reshape our world, its influence on work and organizations is both profound and multifaceted. Some changes are subtle, barely perceptible yet significant, while others are more overt and disruptive. This symposium seeks to illuminate these shifts, offering a platform for innovative ideas, cutting-edge research, and practical insights into how AI is redefining the future of work. We invite startups, corporate representatives, and academic researchers to submit proposals for short presentations that address the intersection of AI and the future of work. These presentations should be 10–15 minutes in length and can take the form of: Product demonstrations Case studies Empirical research findings Join us in exploring how AI is shaping the future of work and organizations.
