Jenniffer joined Fairmount Santrol in 1994 and was soon named CFO in 1999, where she focused on building and strengthening lender relationships within a largely syndicated credit structure. She was promoted to President in January 2011 and served in this role until May 2013. She has served as the company's President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since 2013, devoted to the company's heightened commitment to Sustainable Development with a focus on Community Investment and Stakeholder Engagement.

In 2004, Jenniffer and her colleagues affected a successful redemption of Kirtland Capital Partner's majority interest in Fairmount Santrol, leaving Fairmount as predominantly employee-owned once again. The company continued to prosper, and, in August 2010, the management team again led a transaction which resulted in the sale of 51% of the company to American Securities Partners.

In April, 2004 Jenniffer completed her MBA at Case Western Reserve University, graduating with highest honors. As an undergraduate, she attended The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma on a volleyball scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1988 with a major in Accounting. During college, Jenniffer began her professional audit and tax career as an intern with Arthur Andersen. She then continued with Arthur Andersen post-graduation, where she obtained her CPA certification. In 2005, Jenniffer received recognition as one of Crain's Cleveland Business annual "40 under 40" and is a member of Leadership Cleveland's class of 2008. Also in 2008, Jenniffer was named as the Cleveland Business' "CFO of the Year" for large privately held businesses in Greater Cleveland as well as receiving the Smart Business' 2008 visionary award for innovation in business.

Jenniffer serves on the advisory board to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Business Advisory Council and is a member of the Weatherhead School of Management's Visiting Committee. She supports her community through her commitment to various non-profits and through active service to the Chardon Healing Fund, Cleveland Central Catholic High School, The First Tee of Cleveland and the Fairmount Santrol Foundation. Jenniffer and her husband, Daryl, also open their home and provide resources to children in need within the Geauga County Foster Care system. Additionally, Jenniffer and Daryl are the proud parents of their two children, Connor and Abbey, both of whom are attending college.
