The National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity is an independent professional development, training, and mentoring community.
The Senior Director of Faculty and Institutional Diversity and Faculty Diversity Coordinator provide support to faculty, departments and schools, around issues of faculty recruitment, retention and diversity and inclusion training.
In addition, they provide customized resources and information to search committees, department chairs and deans to increase the diversity of the faculty candidate pools and eliminate bias from evaluation procedures.
