Mindy Baierl is a naturally curious and passionate professional, dedicated to driving innovation and fostering entrepreneurship. Throughout her 30+ year career, Mindy has seamlessly navigated critical roles in Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to develop an executive perspective rooted in firsthand tactical experience.
She has a successful record of executive leadership, business development, and technology commercialization across diverse markets including Higher Education, Flooring, Graphics, Labels and Packaging. She brings that expertise and a decade running her own company to her current role as the Senior Director, Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship.
As Senior Director, Mindy leads the Veale Faculty Fellows and Entrepreneur in Residence programs supporting our entrepreneurial faculty, students and alumni. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Weatherhead School of Management in the Department of Design and Innovation.
Mindy’s career is a testament to her belief that true success lies at the intersection of strategy, collaboration and continuous innovation. Mindy holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Smith College and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.
